‘Sex acts between preschoolers’ among subjects of books backed by openly ‘gay’ Obama adviser

A new report is raising alarms that the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network, a homosexual advocacy organization founded by Kevin Jennings, now head of the U.S. Office of Safe Schools for the Obama administration, is recommending XXX-rated sex writings for children as young as preschoolers.

“We were unprepared for what we encountered. Book after book after book contained stories and anecdotes that weren’t merely X-rated and pornographic, but which featured explicit descriptions of sex acts between preschoolers; stories that seemed to promote and recommend child-adult sexual relationships; stories of public masturbation, anal sex in restrooms, affairs between students and teachers, five-year-olds playing sex games, semen flying through the air,” said the report.

“One memoir even praised becoming a prostitute as a way to increase one’s self-esteem. Above all, the books seemed to have less to do with promoting tolerance than with an unabashed attempt to indoctrinate students into a hyper-sexualized worldview,” it advised.

The report was posted online by Jim Hoft at the Gateway Pundit blog after it was obtained from Breitbart.tv co-founder Scott Baker, who said the recommended children’s reading assignments need attention.

The team whose members assembled the report said a handful of books from the more than 100 titles on GLSEN’s recommended reading list for school children were picked randomly. Writings were reviewed with titles such as “Queer 13,” “Being Different,” “The Full Spectrum,” “Revolutionary Voices,” “Reflections of a Rock Lobster,” “Passages of Pride,” “Growing Up Gay–Growing Up Lesbian,” “The Order of the Poison Oak,” “In Your Face,” “Mama’s Boy, Preacher’s Son” and “Love & Sex: Ten Stories of Truth.”

“What we discovered shocked us. We were flabbergasted. Rendered speechless,” the report said.
“Read the passages … and judge for yourself … The language is explicit, the intent is clear,” the report said.

WND has reported previously on Jennings’ background and agenda, including when it was revealed a publisher of “gay erotica” sought him out to write a book aimed at encouraging homosexuality in high schools and colleges.

The result was “Becoming Visible,” which opens with, “Why teach gay and lesbian history? … Indeed, as lesbian and gay studies has emerged as a discipline over the last two decades, its dramatic discoveries have shown it to be one of the most exciting fields in contemporary historical scholarship.”

Researchers at Mass Resistance reported Sasha Alyson of Alyson Publications sought out Jennings to do the book.

In Jennings’ acknowledgments for the book, he writes, “Writing this part of the book has caused me more anxiety than any other. It simply is not possible to express my gratitude to the many people who have helped make this book possible. … With apologies to anyone omitted, here we go! The obvious place to begin is with Alyson Publications. First, Sasha Alyson had the vision to conceive of this project, and I had the good luck to be the person he sought out to complete it. I am deeply appreciative of being afforded this opportunity.”

WND also has reported concerns by Mission America over subject material in books recommended by GLSEN for school children.

The group’s Linda Harvey warned, “GLSEN believes the early sexualization of children can be beneficial. This means that virtually any sexual activity as well as exposure to graphic sexual images and material, is not just permissible but good for children, as part of the process of discovering their sexuality.”

Her report cited one passage from a book recommended for students in grades 7-12: “I released his arms. They glided around my neck, pulling my head down to his. I stretched full length on top of him, our heads touching. Our heavy breathing from the struggle gradually subsided. I felt …”

What follows in “Growing Up Gay–Growing Up Lesbian” by Malcolm Boyd is a “graphic description” of a homosexual encounter.

The new report posted on Gateway Pundit explained the material is what GLSEN wants children to read and learn about.

“GLSEN’s stated mission is to empower gay youth in the schools and to stop harassment by other students. It encourages the formation of Gay Student Alliances and condemns the use of hateful words. GLSEN also strives to influence the educational curriculum to include materials which the group believes will increase tolerance of gay students and decrease bullying,” the report said.

“To that end, GLSEN maintains a recommended reading list of books that it claims ‘furthers our mission to ensure safe schools for all students,’” the report said. “In other words, these are the books that GLSEN’s directors think all kids should be reading: gay kids should read them to raise their self-esteem, and straight kids should read them in order to become more aware and tolerant and stop bullying gay kids.”

The organization also offers online links to buy the books.

“We can only vouch for what’s in these 11 books, since these are the only ones we’ve read through,” the report said. “Are there other books on the GLSEN reading list that are similarly outrageous? We can’t say for sure, but it seems very likely.”

The review team said the issue isn’t about homosexuality or censorship.

“It’s about deciding what constitutes appropriate reading material for children. We’re perfectly OK with these books existing and being read by adults; we only start to worry when these books are assigned to children,” the report said.

“According to Kevin Jennings and GLSEN, books about a 13-year-old getting ‘my c— sucked and my a– f—–’ are not just acceptable, they’re highly recommended.”

The website notes, “All BookLink items are reviewed by GLSEN staff for quality and appropriateness of content.”

Most of the objectionable excerpts cited in the report cannot be included in a WND report. But among the mildest:

* From “Reflections of a Rock Lobster”: “My sexual exploits with my neighborhood playmates continued. I lived a busy homosexual childhood, somehow managing to avoid venereal disease through all my toddler years. By first grade I was sexually active with many friends. In fact, a small group of us regularly met in the grammar school lavatory.”

* An illustration in “Revolutionary Voices” shows two Boy Scouts pointing at and looking at two adult men engaged in sex.

* From “Queer 13″: “Soon I was spending a great deal of time hanging out in shopping malls and cruising the rest rooms for sexual encounters.”

The report includes links to the original GLSEN promotions of the various books.

On the blog, a forum page participant wrote, “I can, with all confidence, say that’s pornography and IMHO not fit for adults let alone children. If you want to destroy a society, this is how you would do it.”

“Why is this ——- in the position he is in in the Obama Administration? Obama? Explanation needed. Obama? Waiting … waiting … waiting,” said another.

“After scrolling through that rubbish that seemed to go on forever, I actually saw a positive aspect to being illiterate,” said another.

It also has been reported Jennings’ organization has included in one of its “lesson plans” for schoolchildren a recommendation for the film “Gay Pioneers.”

The lesson plan describes “Gay Pioneers” as “a documentary focused on the first public protests for equal rights for gay and lesbian people, staged at governmental offices and historic landmarks in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., between 1965 and 1969, through archival footage and interviews with the participants who are still living.”

The report suggests many parents might be surprised, however, to have their children being given messages of endorsement for the activities of Franklin Kameny, Jack Nichols, Nancy Tucker or Randolfe Wicker.

Kameny, for example, is “founder and president of National Consumers Association for the Advancement and Protection of Pornography, Inc.,” the report said. And the report also cited the movie’s portrayal of Nichols, who edited the pornographic magazine “Screw.”

A Catholic leader has questioned why Obama would appoint Jennings to a position of trust over schoolchildren.

Bill Donohue, president of the Catholic League, wrote, “On September 23, I wrote a news release on the curious moral credentials of Kevin Jennings to be President Obama’s Safe Schools Czar: a former drug user and irresponsible teen counselor, he is also a Christian basher.

“What was not known at the time is that he is also a proud member of Act Up, the homosexual urban terrorist group that broke into St. Patrick’s Cathedral (in New York City) in 1989 and disrupted Mass; the Eucharist was desecrated and obscene depictions of Cardinal O’Connor were posted,” he continued.

“Now a group called MassResistance, and the website WorldNetDaily, have exposed Jennings as a member of Act Up. And he is no mere member: Jennings is listed as a donor to a sick display, ‘Act Up New York: Activism, Art, and the AIDS Crisis, 1987-1993,’ currently featured at the Harvard Art Museum. Harvard, of course, would never feature a display of Klan paraphernalia and say it was being done for the purpose of ‘dialogue,’” he said.

“The real story here is not the corruption of Harvard – that’s old hat – the real story is the president of the United States choosing a morally challenged anti-Catholic homosexual to join his team. That Jennings belongs to, and sponsors, an urban terrorist organization, should alone disqualify him from public service at a municipal level. And remember, Obama did not choose him to monitor global cooling – he was chosen to instruct youth on moral matters,” Donohue said.

“Catholics deserve to know why Obama likes Jennings.”

A YouTube video revealed Jeff Davis, Jennings’ “partner,” addressing a banquet and saying of Jennings, “He was a member of Act Up. Act Up! So it’s like – you know – here’s a big gay activist. BIG gay activist!”

The video was removed shortly after the WND report appeared, but Mass Resistance makes it available on the Internet.

According to “The Marketing of Evil,” by WND’s David Kupelian, Act Up was extreme from its outset:

The defiant, storm-trooper tactics of in-your-face groups like Act Up (AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power) may or may not have been successful in pressuring the federal government to increase its commitment to combating AIDS. But such tactics definitely were successful in giving activist homosexuals a very bad name.

One infamous incident was the assault on New York’s famed St. Patrick’s Cathedral on December 10, 1989. While Cardinal John O’Connor presided over the 10:15 Sunday morning Mass, a multitude of “pro-choice” and “gay rights” activists protested angrily outside. Some, wearing gold-colored robes similar to clerical vestments, hoisted a large portrait of a pornographically altered frontal nude portrait of Jesus.

“You bigot, O’Connor, you’re killing us!” screamed one protester, while signs called the archbishop “Murderer!”

Then it got really ugly. Scores of protesters entered the church, resulting in what many in the packed house of parishioners described as a “nightmare.”

“The radical homosexuals turned a celebration of the Holy Eucharist into a screaming babble of sacrilege by standing in the pews, shouting and waving their fists, tossing condoms
into the air,” recounted the New York Post. One of the invaders grabbed a consecrated wafer and threw it to the ground.

Outside, demonstrators, many of them members of Act Up, carried placards that summed up their sentiments toward the Catholic Church: “Keep your church out of my crotch.” “Keep your rosaries off my ovaries.” “Eternal life to Cardinal John O’Connor NOW!” “Curb your dogma.”

Clearly, the young movement was flirting with oblivion if it persisted in such ugly, indefensible tactics. It needed a new, more civilized direction if it ever hoped to convince Americans that homosexuality was a perfectly normal alternative lifestyle.

According to Mass Resistance research by Amy Contrada, the Act Up organization also:

* Staged a “die in” at Massachusetts General Hospital to protest the unavailability of PCP drug AP.

* Protested Astra Pharmaceutical Products’ refusal to release the experimental antiviral drug Foscarnet.

* Disrupted opening night at the San Francisco Opera.

* Protested design of clinical trials planned by Harvard School of Medicine.

* Jammed phone lines of health-insurance database company protesting their use of “sexual deviation” classification.

* Halted Boston’s trolley service and traffic in front of Harvard School of Public Health
to press the federal government into approving two new AIDS drugs.

The ever exploding twin towers of US debt and trade deficits are to be expected from a country that’s engaged in two foreign invasions, maintains over 170 military bases overseas, gives trillions of dollars to foreign bankers, yet produces nothing anyone in the world wants or can use.

With corruption, graft, fraud, deception, ignorance, and mismanagement, political regime after political regime has finally collapsed the US economy, and our middle-class along with it, all by the careful design of the International Monetary/Banking Cartel.

Soon, we’ll be hearing of the glories of “Recapitalization” from the chattering-class of Cartel mouth-pieces, those who perform on television as talking-heads, that pretend to analyze the day’s news.

Long story cut short, Recapitalization is being conducted by those who destroyed our economy, the International Monetary/Banking Cartel, by buying up our nation’s natural resources, our water, and our infrastructure, with about 10 cents on a very inflated dollar. We are giving the Cartel the very rope with which to hang us from a tree on property we used to own. Yes, now that the Cartel has bankrupted America, with the help of their many stooges in government, their current governmental underlings are selling off America to the very same Cartel that has bankrupted us all.

This Cartel stratagem is obvious and easy to see, as it has been played out in so many 3rd world countries, like Haiti. The Cartel ensures that national debts become so large, that people in these impoverished countries don’t even own shovels, or crowbars, or even gloves with which to dig each other out of rubble caused by earthquakes. Wide spread individual poverty, begins at a national level, when a government goes into such debt to the international bankers that they have no resources to put into their infrastructure of factories, mills, highways, water treatment plants, railroads, harbors, bridges, and anything else that makes national production possible; and these infrastructure facilities fall into disuse and disrepair; then jobs disappear and citizens face poverty, the exact deterioration of our economy that has been going on in America for, at least, the past half century.

According to www.Transportation.house.gov of the 597,340 bridges in the US, 73,784 are structurally deficient, which the Department of Transportation defines as needing significant maintenance, rehabilitation, repair, or replacement.

Any cursory examination of America reveals we should be re-building infrastructures, rather than destroying foreign ones, and letting our own infrastructure fall into ruin. But due to unilateral wars of aggression, due to the misappropriation of trillions of dollars, and without the will to do what is right for our country, our faux-leaders choose more mounting debt and call it a “stimulus” to our economy, when it’s a mere bandage on a shotgun wound that creates more infection.

Riding on the shoulders of Recapitalization is something you’ll be hearing more about: Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). PPPs are technically defined as partnerships between government and business; when in fact, PPPs are a take-over of America’s wealth by foreign, private oligarchs.

Already, from USA Today we’re told “Roads and bridges built by US taxpayers are starting to be sold off, and so far, foreign-owned companies are doing the buying.”

Even Homeland Security tells us that 80 percent of our 3,200 port terminals, nationwide, are now operated by foreign companies and countries.

The Pocahontas Parkway, in Virginia, has been sold to a Cartel front, Transurban, headquarted in Melbourne, Australia, for $611 million.

The Chicago Downtown Parking System has been sold to another Cartel front, Morgan Stanley, a global financial service (sic) firm for $563 million.

The Chicago Skyway has been sold to Macquarie Infrastructure Group/Cintra -still another Cartel front, for $1.8 billion. Macquarie has, also, bought the Indiana Toll Road for $3.8 billion.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is trying to sell the Pennsylvania Turnpike for an estimated $10 billion.

Chicago’s Midway Airport is for sale for an estimated $2 to $3 billion.

The New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden Parkway, and the Atlantic City Expressway are for sale for as little as an estimate $10 billion.

And on and on it goes, and will go, until a hand-full of private oligarchs own America’s infrastructure, which they’ll then only maintain parts of.

Expect to pay heavily to use the Cartel’s decaying toll roads, roads we’ve paid for many times over. Rates at the Cartel’s municipal parking garages will steadily increase, until only those in the financial sector will be able to afford them. Taxes will continue to rise as our government continues to borrow ever more money from the International Banking Cartel, ensuring America’s indebtedness and poverty for many generations to come.

Candidate Obama, while campaigning for the presidency, repeatedly claimed his budget would cut our national deficit by half by the end of his term. Instead, Obama shattered all spending records for first year presidents. In a narrow sense, Obama is a mere tool of selected oligarchs; in a wider sense, he is a front man for Wall Street. Ultimately, Mr. Obama, his top-level appointees, practically every member of congress, and the entire Supreme Court are all governmental lackeys of the International Monetary/Banking Cartel.

A gutsy college student asks Obama a question. The president states, “The Middle East is obviously an issue that has plagued the region for centuries.”

Are you serious?!?!? ” plagued the region for centuries”??? True, but does that excuse the behavior of Israel?

What does that look like? I mean, these various numbers are tossed around like so many doggie treats, so I thought I’d take Google Sketchup out for a test drive and try to get a sense of what exactly a trillion dollars looks like.

We’ll start with a $100 dollar bill. Currently the largest U.S. denomination in general circulation. Most everyone has seen them, slighty fewer have owned them. Guaranteed to make friends wherever they go.

A packet of one hundred $100 bills is less than 1/2″ thick and contains $10,000. Fits in your pocket easily and is more than enough for week or two of shamefully decadent fun.

Believe it or not, this next little pile is $1 million dollars (100 packets of $10,000). You could stuff that into a grocery bag and walk around with it.

Bill Gates, the Microsoft founder and philanthropist, is to make the largest ever single charitable donation with a pledge of $10 billion (£6 billion) for vaccine work over the next decade.

Mr Gates said that he hoped the coming ten years would be the “decade of the vaccine” to reduce dramatically child mortality in the world’s poorest countries. It is calculated that his pledge could save more than 8 million lives.

Announcing the commitment, which far outstrips even the enormous previous donations by his own foundation, Mr Gates called for increased investment by governments and the private sector to help to research, develop and deliver vaccines.

“We must make this the decade of vaccines,” Mr Gates said. “Vaccines already save and improve millions of lives in developing countries. Innovation will make it possible to save more children than ever before.”

Mr Gates and his wife, Melinda, made their announcement at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting at Davos, Switzerland, where they were joined by Julian Lob-Levyt, the head of the vaccine consortium, the GAVI Alliance.

“Vaccines are a miracle. With just a few doses, they can prevent deadly diseases for a lifetime,” Mrs Gates said. “We’ve made vaccines our No 1 priority at the Gates Foundation because we’ve seen firsthand their incredible impact on children’s lives.”

Afghanistan is occupying center stage at the moment, but in the wings are complementary maneuvers to expand a string of new military bases and missile shield facilities throughout Eurasia and the Middle East.

The advanced Patriot theater anti-ballistic missile batteries in place or soon to be in Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, the Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates describe an arc stretching from the Baltic Sea through Southeast Europe to the Eastern Mediterranean Sea and the Caucasus and beyond to East Asia. A semicircle that begins on Russia’s northwest and ends on China’s northeast.

Over the past decade the United States has steadily (though to much of the world imperceptibly) extended its military reach to most all parts of the world. From subordinating almost all of Europe to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization through the latter’s expansion into Eastern Europe, including the former Soviet Union, to arbitrarily setting up a regional command that takes in the African continent (and all but one of its 53 nations). From invading and establishing military bases in the Middle East and Central and South Asia to operating a satellite surveillance base in Australia and taking charge of seven military installations in South America. In the vacuum left in much of the world by the demise of the Cold War and the former bipolar world, the U.S. rushed in to insert its military in various parts of the world that had been off limits to it before.

And this while Washington cannot even credibly pretend that it is threatened by any other nation on earth.

It has employed a series of tactics to accomplish its objective of unchallenged international armed superiority, using an expanding NATO to build military partnerships not only throughout Europe but in the Caucasus, the Middle East, North and West Africa, Asia and Oceania as well as employing numerous bilateral and regional arrangements.

The pattern that has emerged is that of the U.S. shifting larger concentrations of troops from post-World War II bases in Europe and Japan to smaller, more dispersed forward basing locations south and east of Europe and progressively closer to Russia, Iran and China.

The ever-growing number of nations throughout the world being pulled into Washington’s military network serve three main purposes.

First, they provide air, troop and weapons transit and bases for wars like those against Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Iraq, for naval operations that are in fact blockades by other names, and for regional surveillance.

Second, they supply troops and military equipment for deployments to war and post-conflict zones whenever and wherever required.

Last, allies and client states are incorporated into U.S. plans for an international missile shield that will put NATO nations and select allies under an impenetrable canopy of interceptors while other nations are susceptible to attack and deprived of the deterrent effect of being able to retaliate.

The degree to which these three components are being integrated is advancing rapidly. The war in Afghanistan is the major mechanism for forging a global U.S. military nexus and one which in turn provides the Pentagon the opportunity to obtain and operate bases from Southeast Europe to Central Asia.

One example that illustrates this global trend is Colombia. In early August the nation’s vice president announced that the first contingent of Colombian troops were to be deployed to serve under NATO command in Afghanistan. Armed forces from South America will be assigned to the North Atlantic bloc to fight a war in Asia. The announcement of the Colombian deployment came shortly after another: That the Pentagon would acquire seven new military bases in Colombia.

When the U.S. deploys Patriot missile batteries to that nation – on its borders with Venezuela and Ecuador – the triad will be complete.

On January 28 the British government will host a conference in London on Afghanistan that, in the words of what is identified as the UK Government’s Afghanistan website, will be co-hosted by Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Afghanistan’s President Karzai and United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and co-chaired by British Foreign Minister David Miliband, his outgoing Afghan counterpart Rangin Spanta, and UN Special Representative to Afghanistan, Kai Eide.

The site announces that “The international community are [sic] coming together to fully align military and civilian resources behind an Afghan-led political strategy.” [1]

The conference will also be attended by “foreign ministers from International Security Assistance Force partners, Afghanistan’s immediate neighbours and key regional player [sic].”

Public relations requirements dictate that concerns about the well-being of the Afghan people, “a stable and secure Afghanistan” and “regional cooperation” be mentioned, but the meeting will in effect be a war council, one that will be attended by the foreign ministers of scores of NATO and NATO partner states.

In the two days preceding the conference NATO’s Military Committee will meet at the Alliance’s headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. “Together with the Chiefs of Defence of all 28 NATO member states, 35 Chiefs of Defence of Partner countries and Troop Contributing Nations will also be present.” [2]

That is, top military commanders from 63 nations – almost a third of the world’s 192 countries – will gather at NATO Headquarters to discuss the next phase of the expanding war in South Asia and the bloc’s new Strategic Concept. Among those who will attend the two-day Military Committee meeting are General Stanley McChrystal, in charge of all U.S. and NATO troops in Afghanistan; Admiral James Stavridis, chief U.S. military commander in Europe and NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander; Pakistani Chief of the Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and Israeli Chief of General Staff Gabi Ashkenazi.

Former American secretary of state Madeleine Albright has been invited to speak about the Strategic Concept on behalf of the twelve-member Group of Experts she heads, whose task it is to promote NATO’s 21st century global doctrine.

The Brussels meeting and London conference highlight the centrality that the war in Afghanistan has for the West and for its international military enforcement mechanism, NATO.

During the past few months Washington has been assiduously recruiting troops from assorted NATO partnership program nations for the war in Afghanistan, including from Armenia, Bahrain, Bosnia, Colombia, Jordan, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Ukraine and other nations that had not previously provided contingents to serve under NATO in the South Asian war theater. Added to forces from all 28 NATO member states and from Partnership for Peace, Mediterranean Dialogue, Istanbul Cooperation Initiative, Adriatic Charter and Contact Country programs, the Pentagon and NATO are assembling a coalition of over fifty nations for combat operations in Afghanistan.

Almost as many NATO partner nations as full member states have committed troops for the Afghanistan-Pakistan war: Afghanistan itself, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Colombia, Egypt, Finland, Georgia, Ireland, Jordan, Macedonia, Mongolia, Montenegro, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates.

The Afghan war zone is a colossal training ground for troops from around the world to gain wartime experience, to integrate armed forces from six continents under a unified command, and to test new weapons and weapons systems in real-life combat conditions.

Not only candidates for NATO membership but all nations in the world the U.S. has diplomatic and economic leverage over are being pressured to support the war in Afghanistan.

The American Forces Press Service featured a story last month about the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force’s Regional Command East which revealed: “In addition to…French forces, Polish forces are in charge of battle space, and the Czech Republic, Turkey and New Zealand manage provincial reconstruction teams. In addition, servicemembers and civilians from Egypt, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates work with the command, and South Korea runs a hospital in the region.”

With the acknowledgment that Egyptian forces are assigned to NATO’s Afghan war, it is now known that troops from all six populated continents are subordinated to NATO in one war theater. [3]

How commitment to the Alliance’s first ground war relates to the Pentagon securing bases and a military presence spreading out in all directions from Afghanistan and how worldwide interceptor missile plans are synchronized with both developments can be shown region by region.

Central And South Asia

After the U.S. Operation Enduring Freedom attacks on and subjugation of Afghanistan began in October of 2001 Washington and its NATO allies acquired the indefinite use of air and other military bases in Afghanistan, including Soviet-built airfields. The West also moved into bases in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and with less fanfare in Pakistan and Turkmenistan. It has also gained transit rights from Kazakhstan and NATO conducted its first military exercise in that nation, Zhetysu 2009, last September.

The U.S. has lobbied the Kazakh government to supply troops for NATO in Afghanistan (as it had earlier in Iraq) under the bloc’s Partnership for Peace provisions.

The Black Sea

The year after Romania was brought into NATO as a full member in 2004 the U.S. signed an agreement to gain control over four bases in Romania, including the Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base. The next year a similar pact was signed with Bulgaria for the use of three military installations, two of them air bases. The Pentagon’s Joint Task Force-East (which operates from the above-named base) conducted nearly three-month-long joint military exercises last summer in Bulgaria and Romania in preparation for deployment to Afghanistan.

On January 24 eight Romanian and Bulgaria soldiers were wounded in a rocket attack on a NATO base in Southern Afghanistan. Three days earlier Romania announced that it would deploy 600 more troops to that nation, bringing its numbers to over 1,600. Bulgaria has also pledged to increase its troop strength there and is considering consolidating all its forces in the country in Kandahar, one of the deadliest provinces in the war zone.

Late last November Foreign Minister Rumyana Zheleva of Bulgaria was in Washington, D.C. to “hear the ideas of US President Barack Obama’s administration on the strategy of the anti-missile defense in Europe.” [4]

During the same month Bogdan Aurescu, State Secretary for Strategic Affairs in the Romanian Foreign Ministry, stated that “The new variant of the US anti-missile shield could cover Romania.” [5] A local newspaper at the time commented on Washington’s new “stronger, smarter, and swifter” missile shield plans that “A strong and modern surveillance system located in Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey could monitor three hot areas at once: the Black Sea, the Caucasus and the Caspian and relevant zones in the Middle East.” [6]

Also last November a Russian news source wrote that “Anonymous sources in the Russian intelligence community say that the United States plans to supply weapons, including a Patriot-3 air defense system and shoulder-launched Stinger missiles, worth a total of $100 million, to Georgia.” [7] In October the U.S. led the two-week Immediate Response 2009 war games to prepare the first of an estimated 1,000 Georgian troops for counterinsurgency operations in Afghanistan, prompting neighboring Abkhazia – which knew who the military training was also aimed against – to stage its own exercises at the same time.

American Patriot Advanced Capability-3 interceptor missiles in Georgia would be deployed against Russia, as they will be 35 miles from its border in Poland.

Former head of the Pentagon’s Missile Defense Agency Lt. Gen. Henry Obering stated two years ago that Georgia and even Ukraine were potential locations for American missile shield deployments.

Middle East

Last October and November the U.S. and Israel held their largest-ever joint military exercise, Operation Juniper Cobra 10, which established another precedent in addition to the number of troops and warships involved: The simultaneous testing of five missile defense systems. An American military official present at the war games was one of several sources acknowledging that the exercises were in preparation for the Barack Obama administration’s more extensive, NATO-wide and broader, missile interception system. Juniper Cobra was the initiation of the U.S. X-Band radar station opened in 2008 in Israel’s Negev Desert. Over 100 American service members are based there for the foreseeable future, the first U.S. troops formally deployed in that nation.

In December the Jerusalem Post quoted an unnamed Israeli defense official as saying “The expansion of the war in Afghanistan opens a door for us.”

The same source wrote “the NATO-U.S. plan to deploy a cross-continent missile shield in Europe also represents an opportunity for the Jewish state to market its military platforms….” [8]

“Meanwhile, recent months have seen several senior NATO officials travel to Israel for discussions that reportedly focused on, among other things, how
Israel could help NATO troops fight in Afghanistan.” [9]

Last June Israeli President Shimon Peres led a 60-member delegation that included Defense Ministry Director-General Pinhas Buchris to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, on opposite ends of the Caspian Sea. A year ago “Kazakhstan’s defense ministry said…it had asked Israel to help it modernize its military and produce weapons that comply with NATO standards.” [10]

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is the first Arab country to provide troops to NATO for Afghanistan. It has a partnership arrangement with NATO under provisions of the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) members.

Early this month a local newspaper announced that “the UAE became the largest foreign purchaser of US defence equipment with sales of $7.9bn, ahead of Afghanistan ($5.4bn), Saudi Arabia ($3.3bn) and Taiwan ($3.2bn).

“The spending included orders for munitions for the UAE’s F-16 fighter jets as well as a new Patriot defensive missile system and a fleet of corvettes for the navy.” [11]

Nine days later the same newspaper reported on a visit by Lt. Gen. Michael Hostage, commander of the U.S. Air Force Central Command, to discuss “the possibility of setting up a shared early warning system and enhancing the
region’s ballistic-missile deterrence.”

Hostage was quoted as saying “I am attempting to organize a regional integrated air and missile defense capability with our GCC partners.” [12]

An Emirati general added, “The GCC needs a national and multinational ballistic missile defence (BMD) to counter long-range proliferating regional ballistic missile threats.” [13]

The missile shield is aimed against Iran.

Last September Pentagon chief Robert Gates said, “The reality is we are working both on a bilateral and a multilateral basis in the Gulf to establish the same kind of regional missile defense [as envisioned for Europe] that would protect our facilities out there as well as our friends and allies.” [14]

“In a September 17 briefing, Gates said…the United States has already formed a Gulf missile defense network that consisted of PAC-3 and the Aegis sea-based systems.” The exact system soon to be deployed in the Baltic Sea and Mediterranean and afterwards the Black Sea.

In addition, the “UAE has ordered the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system, designed to destroy nuclear missiles in the exoatmosphere.

“Over the last two years, the Pentagon has been meeting GCC military chiefs to discuss regional and national missile defense programs….At the same time, the U.S. military has been operating PAC-3 in Kuwait and Qatar. The U.S. Army has also been helping Saudi Arabia upgrade its PAC-2 fleet.” [15]

Turkey’s Hurriyet Daily News reported at the end of last year that “Turkey is set to make crucial defense decisions in 2010 as the U.S. offer to join a missile shield program and multibillion-dollar contracts are looming over the country’s agenda.

“If a joint NATO missile shield is developed, such a move may force Ankara to join the mechanism despite the possible Iranian reaction….U.S. President Barack Obama’s administration has invited Ankara to join a Western missile shield system….” [16]

An account of the broader strategy adds:

“U.S. officials are also urging Turkey to choose the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) against Russian and Chinese rivals competing for a Turkish contract for the purchase of high-altitude and long-range antimissile defense systems….[A] new plan calls for the creation of a regional system in southeastern Europe, the Mediterranean and part of the Middle East.

“In phase one of the new Obama plan, the U.S. will deploy SM-3 interceptor missiles and radar surveillance systems on sea-based Aegis weapons systems by 2011. In phase two and by 2015, a more capable version of the SM-3 interceptor and more advanced sensors will be used in both sea-and land-based configurations. In later phases three and four, intercepting and detecting capabilities further will be developed.” [17]

One of Russia’s main news agencies reported on U.S. plans to incorporate Turkey into its new missile designs, with Turkey as the only NATO state bordering Iran serving as the bridge between a continent-wide system in Europe and its extension into the Middle East: “According to the Milliyet daily, U.S. President Barack Obama last week proposed placing a ‘missile shield’ on Turkish soil….Both Russia and Iran will perceive that [deployment] as a threat,’ a Turkish military source was quoted as saying.” [18]

A broader description of the interceptor missile project in progress includes: “Obama’s team has…sought to ‘NATO-ise’ the US plan by involving other allies more closely in its development and deployment. The idea is to create a NATO chain of command similar to that long used for allied air defences. That would involve a NATO ‘backbone’ for command-and-control jointly funded by the allies, into which the US sea-based defences and other national assets, such as short-range Patriot missile interceptors purchased by European nations including Germany, the Netherlands and Greece, could be ‘plugged in’ to the NATO system creating a multi-layered defence shield.” [19]

The advanced Patriot theater anti-ballistic missile batteries in place or soon to be in Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, the Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates describe an arc stretching from the Baltic Sea through Southeast Europe to the Eastern Mediterranean Sea and the Caucasus and beyond to East Asia. A semicircle that begins on Russia’s northwest and ends on China’s northeast.

Baltic Sea

Poland’s Defense Ministry revealed on January 20 that the U.S. will deploy a Patriot Advanced Capability anti-ballistic missile battery and 100 troops to a Baltic Sea location 35 miles from Russian territory.

The country’s foreign minister – former investment adviser to Rupert Murdoch and resident fellow of the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. -Radek Sikorski, recently pledged to increase Polish troop numbers in Afghanistan from the current 1,955. “We will be at 2,600 by April and 400 additional troops on standby, which we will deploy if there is a need to strengthen security.” [20]

Fellow Baltic littoral states Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania combined have almost 500 troops in Afghanistan, a number likely to rise. The Lithuanian Siauliai Air Base was ceded to NATO in 2004 after the three Baltic states became full members. The Alliance has flown regular air patrols in the region, with U.S. warplanes participating in six-month rotations, ever since. Within a few minutes flight from Russia.

The three nations will be probable docking sites for U.S. Aegis-class warships and their Standard Missile-3 interceptors under new Pentagon-NATO missile shield deployments.

Far East Asia

South Korea pledged 350 troops for NATO’s Afghan war last year and in late December Seoul announced that it would send a ranking officer for the first time “to attend a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) conference to seek ways to strengthen cooperation with other nations in dispatching troops to Afghanistan and coordinate military operations there,” [21] likely a reference to the January 26-27 Military Committee meeting.

In the middle of January the U.S. conducted Beverly Bulldog 10-01 exercises in South Korea which “involved more than 7,200 U.S. airmen at Osan and Kunsan air bases and other points around the peninsula in an air war exercise” and “about 125 soldiers of the U.S. Army’s Patriot missile unit in South Korea….” [22]

On January 14 the new government of Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama ended Japan’s naval refuelling mission carried out in support of the U.S. war in Afghanistan since 2001. However, pressure will be exerted on Tokyo at the January 28 conference in London, particularly by Hillary Clinton, to reengage in some capacity.

On last year’s anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, the U.S. and Japan held joint war games, Yama Sakura (Mountain Cherry Blossom), on the island of Hokkaido in northernmost Japan, that part of the country nearest Russia on the Sea of Japan. North Korea was the probable alleged belligerent.

Over 5,000 troops participated in drills that included “battling a regional threat that includes missile defenses, air defense and ground-forces operations….”

“Japan’s military has been actively developing its anti-missile defenses in cooperation with the United States. It currently has deployed Patriot PAC-3 missile defenses at several locations and also has two sea-based Aegis-equipped Kongo-class warships with anti-missile interceptors,” [23] the latter having engaged in joint SM-3 missile interceptions with the U.S. off Hawaii.

If support for the war in Afghanistan is linked with deployment of tactical missile shield installations in Israel and Poland, in the first case aimed at Iran and in the second at Russia, the case of Taiwan is even more overt.

Almost immediately after announcements that the U.S. would provide it with over 200 Patriot Advanced Capability-3 missiles and double the amount of frigates it had earlier supplied, with Taiwan planning to use the warships for Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System upgrades, the nation’s China Times newspaper wrote that “Following a recent US-Taiwan military deal, the Obama administration has demanded that Taiwan provide non-military aid for troops in Afghanistan….The US wants Taiwan to provide medical or engineering assistance to US troops in Afghanistan that will be increased….” [24] Dispatching troops to Afghanistan would be too gratuitous an incitement against China (which shares a narrow border with the South Asian nation), but Taiwan will nevertheless be levied to support the war effort there.

Wars: Stepping Stones For New Bases, Future Conflicts

The 78-day U.S. and NATO air war against Yugoslavia in 1999, Operation Allied Force, allowed the Pentagon to construct the mammoth Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo and within ten years to incorporate five Balkans nations into NATO. It also prepared the groundwork for U.S. Navy warships to dock at ports in Albania, Croatia and Montenegro.

Two years later the attack on Afghanistan led to the deployment of U.S. and NATO troops, armor and warplanes to five nations in Central and South Asia. The war in Afghanistan and Pakistan has also contributed to the Pentagon’s penetration of the world’s second most populous nation, India, which is being pulled into the American military orbit and integrated into global NATO. The U.S. and Israel are supplanting Russia as India’s main arms supplier and U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates recently returned from India where his mission included “lifting bilateral military relations from a policy-alignment plane to a commercial platform that will translate into larger contracts for American companies.” [25]

With the quickly developing expansion of the Afghanistan-Pakistan war into an Afghanistan-Pakistan-Yemen-Somalia theater, NATO warships are in the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean and the U.S. has stationed Reaper drones, aircraft and troops in Seychelles. [On the same day as the London conference on Afghanistan a parallel meeting on Yemen will be held in the same city.]

After the 2003 invasion of Iraq the Pentagon gained air and other bases in that nation as well as what it euphemistically calls forward operating sites and base camps in Jordan, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

In less than a decade the Pentagon and NATO have acquired strategic air bases and ones that can be upgraded to that status in Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania and Romania.

Global NATO And Militarization Of The Planet

The January 26 Chief of Defense session of NATO’s Military Committee with top military leaders of 63 countries attending – while the bloc is waging and escalating the world’s largest and lengthiest war thousands of miles away from the Atlantic Ocean – is indicative of the pass that the post-Cold War world has arrived at. Never in any context other than meetings of NATO’s Military Committee do the military chiefs of so many nations (including at least five of the world’s eight nuclear powers), practically a third of the world’s, gather together.

That the current meeting is dedicated to NATO operations on three continents and in particular to the world’s only military bloc’s new Strategic Concept for the 21st century – and for the planet – would have been deemed impossible twenty or even ten years ago. As would have been the U.S. and its NATO allies invading and occupying a Middle Eastern and a South Asian nation. And the elaboration of plans for an international interceptor missile system with land, air, sea and space components. In fact, though, all have occurred or are underway and all are integrated facets of a concerted drive for global military superiority.

Spike In US Pneumonia and Influenza Deaths

The CDC Week 3 influenza report has been released and once again there were no reported cases of seasonal influenza A.  2 cases of influenza B were reported and the vast majority of cases (98%) were pandemic H1N1, indicating seasonal influenza A has been crowded out in the US.  The frequency of influenza detection has risen slightly and is at the highest level since week 50, signaling the end of the fall wave and the beginning of a winter wave.  However, although the detection rate rose slightly, the P&I deaths spiked higher and are now well above the epidemic threshold and as high as it has been since the peak of the 2008/2009 season.

This dramatic jump in deaths raises concerns that the current H1N1 is more virulent and lethal than the H1N1 circulating in the fall. The early appearance of that virus dramatically increased the P&I, which then declined as the H1N1 levels declined.  However, the current jump is well ahead of such a corresponding jump in H1N1, which would support a more lethal H1N1.

Recent reports from Tennessee have described a higher frequency of children with H1N1 entering the ICU as well as a higher percentage dying.  These results are early, but mimic the increase in case fatality rate in eastern Ukraine in association with the release of sequences from Oct/Nov which had a strong association of D225G/N with fatal cases, who had significant lung damage.

The low number of positives in the US may reflect a sampling problem.  Most tested samples have been from hospitalized patients, but the fatal and severe cases frequently are associated with a rapid movement of virus to the lungs and a high false negative rate.  A high false negative rate would keep lab confirmed cases artificially low and preclude aggressive antiviral treatment.  Similarly the increase in H274Y may also impact treatments involving Tamiflu.

Since most H1N1 fatalities have been young adults, an age distribution on fatal cases would be useful.

Survivor of 1979 Fire Fight in Dulce, New Mexico

Phil  Schneider, one of three people to survive the 1979 fire fight between the large Greys , US intelligence and military at the Dulce underground base.was found dead  January 1996, due to what appears to be an execution style murder. He was found dead in his apartment with a piano wire wrapped around his neck. According to sources, it appeared that he repeatedly suffered torture before he was finally killed.  Seven months prior to his death , Schneider did a lecture on the forces he had discovered at Dulce.

“It is because of the horrendous structure of the Federal Government that I feel directly imperilled not to tell anybody about this material. However I would like to mention that this talk is going to be broken up into four main topics. Each of these topics will have some bearing on what you people are involved in, whether you are patriots or not.”

“I want you to know that these United States are a beautiful place. I have gone to more than 70 countries and cannot remember any country that has the beauty, as well as the magnificence of it’s people, like these United States.”

“To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school. Half of my schooling was in that field and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer, as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications. I have helped build two main bases in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the New World Order. The first base is the one at Dulce, New Mexico.

I was involved in 1979 in a fire fight with alien humanoids and I was one of the survivors. I’m probably the only talking survivor you will ever hear. Two other survivors are under close guard. I am the only one left that knows the detailed files of the entire operation. Sixty- six secret service agents, FBI, Black Berets and the like, died in that fire fight. I was there.”

“Number one, part of what I am going to tell you is going to be very shocking. Part of what I am going to tell you is probably going to be very unbelievable, though, instead of putting your glasses on, I’m going to ask you to put your ‘scepticals’ on. But please, feel free to do your own homework. I know the Freedom of Information Act isn’t much to go on, but it’s the best we’ve got. The local law library is a good place to look for Congressional Records. So, if one continues to do their homework, then one can be standing vigilant in regard to their country.”

Deep Underground Military Bases

“I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now, risking my life, if I did not believe it so. The first part of this talk is going to concern deep underground military basses and the black budget. The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes $1,25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programmes, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.”

“They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940’s. Some of them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-leviton trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. Several books have been written about this activity. Al Bielek has my only copy of one of them.

Richard Souder, a Ph-D architect, has risked his life by talking about this. He worked with a number of government agencies on deep underground military bases. In around where you live in Idaho, there are 11 of them.” “The average depth of these bases is over a mile and they again are basically whole cities underground. They are all between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size. They have laser drilling machines that can drill a tunnel seven miles long in one day. The Black Projects sidestep the authority of Congress, which as we know is illegal. Right now, the New World Order is depending on these bases. If I had known at the time I was working on them, that the NWO was involved, I would not have done it. I was lied to rather extensively.”

Development of Military Technology, Implied German Interest in Hyperspacial Technology, and More

“Basically, as far as technology is concerned, for every calendar year that transpires, military technology increases about 44.5 years. This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place and appear in another place. My Father, Otto Oscar Schneider, fought on both sides of the war. He was originally a U-boat captain, was captured and repatriated in the United States. He was involved with different kinds of concerns, such as the Abomb, the H-bomb and the Philadelphia Experiment. He invented a high-speed camera that took pictures of the first atomic tests at Bikini Island on July 12, 1946. I have original photos of that test, the photos show UFO’s fleeing the bomb site at a high rate of speed. Bikini Island at the time was infested with them. Especially under the water and the natives had problems with their animals being mutilated. At that time, General MacArthur felt that the ext war would be with aliens from other worlds.” “Anyway, my father laid the groundwork with theoreticians about the Philadelphia experiment, as well as other experiments. What does that have to do with me?

Nothing, other than the fact that he was my father. I don’t agree with what he did on the other side, but I think that he had a lot of guts coming here. He was hated in Germany. The Fire Fight at Dulce Base

“Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the Federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Greada treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn’t abide by it at all. Back in 1979, this was the reality and the fire fight at Dulce occurred quite by accident. I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep.

At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time. My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, then recommend the explosive to deal with a particular rock. As I was headed down there , we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At that time, there were 30 people down there.

About 40 more came down after this got started and all of them got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens. Later, we found out that they had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years. This could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts.”

He was nervous. Gunderson.. he said had a contract with the federal Government to build 107,200 full length railroad, each with 143 pairs of shackles. There are 11 sub-contractors in this giant project. Supposedly, Gunderson got over 2 billion dollars for the contract.

Bethlehem Steel and other steel outfits are involved. He showed me one of the cars in the rail yards in North Portland. He was right. If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15, 000, 000. This is probably the number of people who disagree with the Federal Government. No more can you vote these people out of office. Our present structure of government is “technocracy”- not democracy, it is a form of feudalism. It has nothing to do with the republic of the United States. These people are godless and have legislated out prayer in public schools. You can get fined up to $100.000 and two years in prison for praying in school. I believe we can do better. also believe that the Federal Government is running the gambit of enslaving the people of the United States. I am not a very good speaker, but I’ll keep shooting my mouth off until somebody puts a bullet in me, because it;s worth it to talk to a group like this about these atrocities”.

Is this what we are supposed to be living up to as a freedom-loving people? I don’t believe so.”

Thoughts on the Bombings in the United States

However, I want to further that with the last explosion in Oklahoma City, they are saying that it was a nitrate or fertilizer bomb that did it.”

“First they came out and said it was a 1,000 pound fertiliser bomb. Then it was 1,500. Then 2,000 pounds. Now it’s 20,000. You can’t put 20,000 pounds of fertiliser in a Ryder Truck. Now, I’ve never mixed explosives, per se. I know the chemical structure and application of construction explosives. My reputation was based on it. I helped hollow out more than 13 deep underground military bases in the United States.

I worked on the Malta project, in West Germany, in Spain and in Italy. I can tell you from experience that a nitrate explosion would not have hardly shattered the windows of the federal building in Oaklahoma City.

It would have killed a few people and knocked part of the facing off the building, but it would never have done that kind of damage. I believe that I have been lied to and I am not taking it any longer, so I’m telling you that you’ve been lied to.”

A Message from the ex-wife of Philip Schneider

A Small Introduction

Intro by Cynthia Drayer

My name is Cynthia Drayer, I live in Portland, Oregon, and I am the
ex-wife of Philip Schneider. Philip and I met in 1986, were married in
Carson City, Nevada, and had a daughter, Marie, in 1987. We were
divorced in 1990 and lived in separate residences. Philip lived in an

apartment complex in Wilsonville, Oregon. On 1/17/1996 I received a
call that Philip was dead in his apartment and apparently had died up

to a week before his body was discovered. At the time of the removal
of his body, his cause of death was by a stroke. When I went to the
funeral home I had feelings of discomfort about his death. I asked to

view the body, but due to decomposition, the funeral director
suggested otherwise. I wanted to be sure, in my own mind,. that Philip
had not died under “unnatural causes”. For the last two years of his
life, Philip had been on the “lecture tour” throughout the United
States, talking out about government coverups. You name it, he was
talking about it: Aliens (treaties and abductions), UFO’s, the One
World Government, Black Budgets, Underground Mountain Bases, CIA
involvement in civilian murders and drugs, Stealth technology, the
Philadelphia Experiment, Operation Crossroads (Bikini Island A-bomb
experiments), Dulce Fire Fight, the Oklahoma bombing, the World Trade

Center bombing, missing children, Gunderson Freight Cars, the opening
of concentration camps and Marshal Law/UN involvement, man-made
viruses and earthquakes, etc.etc.

A day later, I received a call from the Clackamas County Detectives,
that the funeral director had found “something” around Philip’s neck.

An autopsy was performed at the Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s
office (in Portland, Oregon) by Dr. Gunson, and she determined that
Philip had committed suicide by wrapping a rubber cathater hose three
times around his neck, and half-knotting it in front. There are
several reasons why I believe that Philip did not commit suicide, but
was murdered:

1. There was no suicide note.
2. Philip always told his friends and relatives, that if he ever
“committed suicide” you would know that he had been murdered.
3. From a number of sources, including his taped lectures (video and
audio), and statements to his friends, and the borrowing of a 9mm
gun, Philip felt that he and his family were being threatened and
were in danger because of his lecutres.
4. All of his lecture materials, alien metals, higher math books,
photographs of UFO’s coming out of the Operation Crossroad
A-Bomb, notes for his book on the alien agenda, were missing.
(Everything else in the apartment was still there, including gold
coins, wallet with hundreds of dollars, jewelry, mineral
specimens, etc.)
5. No coroner ever came out to his apartment after his body was
found (against Oregon Law) – and a police investigation never
took under consideration that items were missing from his
apartment – it was considered a suicide, plain and simple
6. The medical examiner took blood and urine samples at the autopsy

but REFUSED to analyze them, saying that the county would not
“waste their money on a suicide”. Although I was assured that
the samples would be kept for 12 months, when I asked for these
samples to be sent to an independent lab 11 months later they
were “missing” and presumed “destroyed”.
7. Philip had missing fingers on his left hand, and limited motion
in his shoulders. I believe that it was physically impossible for
Philip to have held the rubber hose in his left hand with missing
fingers and then wrap the hose three times with shoulders that
had limited motion. In order to end up where his body was, he had
to sit on the edge of his bed, wrap the hose around his neck,
slowly and painfully strangle to death, and fallen head first
into a wheel chair.
8. Philip was an expert in chemicals and his own medical needs. He
had multiple pills at hand that could have ended his life quickly
and painlessly. He also had a 9mm gun that he had borrowed to
protect himself. Why strangle himself in such an unusual manner?

9. Philip was very religious, and did not believe in suicide. He had
intense chronic pain all of the time I knew him. At the time of
his death, he was on disability, had a housekeeper, and had
cancer. The operation to help him with his back pain did not
alleviate the pain and he had brittle bone syndrome
(osteoperosis). He struggled every day, not to die, but to live.

He felt that these lectures he gave was making a difference, and
was looking forward to giving more. In fact he was scheduled for
another lecture tour that started 1/16/96 in Tampa, Florida. He
had just found a friend who was going to help him write a book
about the New World Order, and he was enjoying his time with his
daughter.

10. Philip was undergoing “injections” of “Beta Serone” every week in
an experiment to stop his multiple sclerosis. After his death I
contacted the only agency that conducted these experiments to
obtain his medical record (OHSU). They had never heard of him,
and he was not a part of their experiments. This would suggest
people unknown were injecting him on a weekly basis with an
unknown substance. He often times called me after these “shots”
to tell me that he was too sick for his daughter to come and
visit. I believe that the shots that Philip thought were being
given to him to help him back to health, were actually being
given to him to make him sick.
11. Philip was seen with an “unknown blonde haired woman” for several
months before his death. Several times this same individual was
seen or talked about and her mysterious presence only leads one
to wonder if she had anything to do with his “suicide”.
12. Several people with psychic abilities have indicated that Philip
did not commit suicide, but was murdered (some say by 5 people: 4
men and 1 woman, 4 directly and one by taking out a “contract”.

It is perhaps important to know WHY Philip began lecturing.
Firstly: His background was as a Structural Engineer. He was an expert
on explosives and their effects on geologic structures. He worked
under two social security numbers. Most of his early work in
underground mountain bases with Morrison-Knudsen was done using the
wrong social security number. I was later able to prove that he had
two numbers through the social security office when I applied for his
daughter’s death benefits. He worked for the Army Corps of Engineers
and U.S. Navy with the same wrong number. Only after he obtained SSI
in 1981 did his “real” number come into play. He always told me that
he had a Rhyolitic Clearance and that his father had a Cosmic
Clearance from his work with NATO. And that is the second reason why
Philip began lecturing.

Secondly: On top of his first hand knowledge about underground
mountain bases and government black budgets, and the alien agend as (he
was one of the survivors of the Dulce Fire Fight with aliens in New
Mexico) his father was also involved in government black projects.
When Philip’s father, Captain Oscar Schneider, Medical Doctor, United

States Navy, died in 1993, Philip discovered documents and photographs
in his father’s basement which proved that Oscar had been involved in
both the Philadelphia Experiment and Operation Crossroads. Philip now
had letters written in the 1940’s and 1950’s showing that Oscar helped
to isolate the crewmembers of the Philadelphia Experiment and that
Oscar later autopsied them as they died. He also had photographs of
UFO’s fleeing through mushroom clouds after the A-bomb was dropped
above the lagoon at Bikini Atoll. This was “Operation Crossroads” and

Oscar was involved in medical examinations of the animals and humans
exposed to radiation after the bomb was dropped.

Thirdly: I believe the main reason why Philip began to lecture was due
to the “murder” of his friend Ron Rummel. Ron was found in a park in
Portland in Sept. 1993. The police believed that he had committed
suicide by shooting himself in the mouth. However, if you read the
detectives report, there is blow-back blood on Ron’s hand, but NO
BLOW-BACK BLOOD ON THE GUN. The only way this could happen is if Ron
had wiped the gun off AFTER he had shot himself in the mouth. Ron,
Philip, and 5 other people had been collaborating on a little magazine
called “The Alien Digest”. It was starting to get a fairly wide
circulation, when Ron was found in the park. Philip felt that his
friend had been murdered, and decided that it was time to get
everything out into the open, so he began “spilling the beans”, and
ripped up his security clearance card.

Pufori, through Jeroen Wierda, is one of several agencies and
individuals that have taken up the call for justice in Philip’s death.

My hopes are:

1. That Philip’s death certificate will eventually be amended with
the true cause of his death: murder.
2. That the world will come to know the truth about aliens, UFO’s,
the government cover-ups, black budgets, etc. and how they are
affecting us.
3. That assets that belong to his only heir, Marie, can be located
and turned over to her.
4. That Philip’s true work quarters can be proven by people coming
forward with information about knowing him before 1981, and that
his daughter can eventually obtain the death benefits she
deserves.
5. That no more “murders by suicide” ever occur to another
individual.

In 1942, Walt Disney participated in the War effort by producing the movie “Saludos, Amigos”. The cartoon featured several Latin American “locations” and new characters. One character was “Joe Carioca”, a fun loving, charismatic parrot from Rio de Janeiro who was surely going to be loved by all the Reich’s enemies. The Brazilian peaceful, friendly and fun image has been accepted ever since. Don’t all the Third World nations cheer for Brazil during the World Cup?

This formula has been repeated, as President Lula of Brazil receives the “Statesman of the Year Award” at the Economic Forum in Davos. Every court needs a court jester, and Lula is the new Joe Carioca. One has to pay attention when a person gets such a prize right after receiving a similar award from Chatham House, the Royal Institute of Foreign Affairs, a think tank for the Illuminati and the New World Order.

THE REAL LULA

There is a real and a fabricated Lula. The real Lula is a man who worked for a short time and became a union leader in 1972. Since that day, he never had to work again. He is an uneducated man, who says that reading gets him sleepy, and that is why he never reads a book. He lacks morals: he used to sexually prey upon recently widowed women who visited the union office.

Politically, Lula is a puppet. Alone, he would never be more than an agitator. But he has been indoctrinated by heavy duty Marxists like Jose Dirceu, a terrorist who was exiled to Cuba and who undertook guerrilla training courses under the Cuban secret service (making him a de-facto traitor of Brazil) , and Dilma Rousseff, a former terrorist and bank robber, daughter of a Bulgarian communist activist and her successor to-be. Lula lost the elections in 1989, 1994 and 1998. It took a lot of persistence from the Party to get him to Brasilia.

Lula has led the most corrupt government in recent history of Brazil. Riding a solid economic turnaround engineered by his predecessor, Lula enriched his son, a former zoo keeper who became a millionaire with government ties. There is a new scandal in the news almost every week. He just says “he didn’t know anything about it”. The latest scandal is the purchase of the jet fighters for the Air Force. The Brazilian military has analyzed several jets and decided that the Rafale jet from France is the worst option. India has been through the same analysis, and decided that the Rafales are the worst among six different jets. But Lula will buy the jets, saying it is his political decision. He is  paying double the price per plane that was offered to India: maybe because he was chosen “Man of the Year” by the Le Monde paper, or maybe because Sarkozy  visited Brazil many times?

Diplomatically, Lula has been a disaster. He backed the failed coup of Marxist Zelaya in Honduras. Zelaya is still hiding out in the Brazilian Embassy, after the Honduran people voted him out. Lula is a supporter of Cuba and Venezuela and helps all the Marxist regimes in Latin America. In fact, Lula is one of the founders of the Forum de Sao Paulo agreement, a pact among communist parties and terrorist organizations such as the Colombian FARC and the Chilean MIR. The pact had the objective of implementing the Marxist revolution in Latin America, and has been hugely successful. Because of the party’s  obligations to the FARC, Brazil became a heavy distributor and consumer of cocaine. 50,000 people die every year in violent crimes in Brazil, mostly because of drugs.

Regarding freedom and democracy, Lula has done his best to destroy both. There is a project (link) that is basically a communist manifesto to change Brazil into a Soviet Republic. The government wants even to state what movies will play in theaters and for how long. In March, they will once again try to implement a Conference to impose censorship and state control on the press.

THE FABRICATED LULA

So, how is such a monster of use to the New World Order? For starters, outside Brazil almost nobody knows any of the facts. To most Europeans and Americans, Lula is a poor, hard working man who fought his way to the top with democratic values. He is nice too: he is the one who jokes around the G20, distributing autographed soccer shirts to the circumspect heads of State.

He is a symbol for international cooperation: Brazil went to Copenhagen with the boldest proposal for carbon emissions reduction. Brazil obligingly sent  the Army to get stuck in Haiti for six years, under UN command. Brazil sent US$ 200 MM to Haiti immediately (in spite of the fact that floods are killing hundreds in Brazil right now, with no attention from the government). Lula carved out half of a state and made a reservation for a small bunch of Indians, just as the environmentalists wanted, causing much damage to the population. Lula backs the idea that the UN should solve all international problems, and that the United States and the rich countries in Europe are the source of all evil in the world.

Even inside Brazil, the formula works. After all, Lula was able to get the Olympics and the World Cup for the country. Who can disagree with Joe Carioca, when he says that the New World Order is the best of all possible worlds?

MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT COMMUNISM

Two important facts make it very hard for the average Joe to understand how communism works: their adaptive capacity and their persistence.

Communism has no absolute values to abide by, besides power itself. Like Hitler, they may participate in a democratic election, just to close down the Congress one year later. A good example is the FARC of Columbia, murderous terrorists who now want to become a legitimate political party. Normal people can’t follow this kind of reasoning, because it is so alien for someone with a conscience. We expect people to have values, and always give others a chance, believing they mean what they say. But communists are like chameleons: a former terrorist becomes a minister of state and a defender of democratic values, a journalist who produced a resistance paper now fights for censorship on the press.

Even today, Lula has been to the alternative meeting to Davos: the Social Forum. This is a forum of communist NGOs where people say that Bolivia, with their cocaine narcocracy, is the model for Brazil. There he will say that the rich countries are to blame for the failure of the Doha meetings and the Copenhagen meeting, two key negotiations for the implementation of the NWO.  Later, he will be kissing the hands of the elite at Davos. A chameleon, indeed.

The only way to understand the communists is to have an  eye not on what they say, but on what they do in the long term. How many people today can do that?

Lenin said that his strategy was: one step back, two steps forward. People believe Lula is not a communist, because in Brazil we have a strong Stock Exchange and large companies. What people don’t  know is that Soviet Russia was funded by capitalists, and received foreign investment. It took Mao ten years to take companies from the owners. Communists play with capitalism as long as they find it useful.

In Brazil, capitalists are completely under the government’s thumb, dependent on grants and loans and drowned in taxes and bureaucracy. WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Pentagon will unveil steps next week that the military will take to lay the ground for a repeal of its “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, which permits gays to serve in uniform as long they hide their sexual orientation, officials said on Thursday.

Defence Secretary Robert Gates and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen, will present an “implementation plan” to U.S. lawmakers next Tuesday, spelling out measures that the Pentagon will take internally before the White House and the Congress move to change the law.

In his first State of the Union speech on Wednesday, President Barack Obama called for ending the policy, saying: “This year, I will work with Congress and our military to finally repeal the law that denies gay Americans the right to serve the country they love because of who they are.”

In the letter to Sen. Orrin Hatch, obtained by The Associated Press, Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich wrote that the Justice Department is reviewing Hatch’s request and other materials to determine whether to open an investigation into whether the BCS violates antitrust laws.
